Another popular destination for travelers, cathedrals are often recognizable the world over. Keeping this in mind, one of the most well known cathedrals is that of St. Paul, in London, England. The Second Life replica of St. Paul's seems to be very accurate, with the entrance leading into the main area filled with pews, and the side alcoves along the length of the cathedral.
Obviously, the frescoes will not be exact pictures, to allow ease of loading on the web site. However, the versions on the web site are very detailed, and I was very impressed by that. One of the other nice features of the replica is right inside the main entrance. As soon as you enter the cathedral, there is an external web link that gives the exact coordinates for other cathedrals represented through out Second Life. (one image is from Second Life, the other is from the London Travelogue.)
